These terms and conditions form the basis of the agreement between the patient and the clinic. By registering with the clinic, the patient agrees to be bound by these terms.

The clinic's privacy policy should be read carefully. The clinic will treat all patient information as confidential and protect it in accordance with data protection legislation.

Results may vary from person to person and treatment to treatment. Images are strictly for representational purposes only.

All the contents of the website including but not limited to text, images, videos, photos, audio, graphics etc. is solely for information purpose only and DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT OR RECOMMENDATIONS OF ANY KIND. This can not be substituted for medical information as given by registered health practitioners. We don’t recommend or endorse any specific test, physician, product, procedures, opinions and other information that maybe included on this web site.

If a patient cancels an appointment within less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited or a cancellation fee will be added to the account. If a patient does not show up for an appointment, a charge may be applied.

Rescheduling: Patients may reschedule an appointment without charge if they give at least 48 hours' notice.

Age and Health: The clinic will not provide treatments to patients under 18 or to those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions.

Realistic Expectations: Patients must have realistic expectations about the results of aesthetic treatments and openly discuss any history of mental health disorders with the practitioner.

Course of Treatments: Treatments purchased as a course must be paid in full in advance and must be completed within a specified time period, usually twelve months. Courses of treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Top-Ups and Reviews: For certain treatments routine review appointments may be offered, and complimentary top-ups may be provided if clinically required.

Treatment Refunds: Treatment fees cannot be refunded in the case of sub-optimal results or complications, as the fees are related to the services provided. However, if a patient can no longer proceed with a treatment for medical reasons, a pro-rata refund may be made.

Product Refunds: Products purchased from the clinic are non-refundable unless faulty. Faulty products must be returned to the clinic for assessment before a refund can be processed.

The clinic welcomes feedback and complaints, which can be submitted through various channels.

Children: Patients are not permitted to bring children under the age of 16 to the clinic without an accompanying adult.

Mobile Phones: Patients are asked to switch off or silence their mobile phones while at the clinic.
