Final Sales: All service sales are final, with no refunds. This includes aesthetic treatments, consultations, and any other services provided by the clinic.

Medical Conditions: In rare cases, refunds may be given if there is an approved medical condition that prevents the patient from continuing with the treatment. Medical proof will be required.

Products

Non-Returnable: Skin care products are generally non-returnable due to their personal and hygienic nature.

Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, a full refund or free replacement may be provided. The patient should contact the clinic within a specified period (e.g., 3 days or 24 hours) after receiving the product.

Gift Cards/Certificates

Non-Refundable: Gift cards and certificates are non-refundable. They cannot be redeemed as cash.

Prepaid Treatments

Non-Refundable: Prepaid treatments, packages, and services are generally non-refundable. If a patient wishes to discontinue a prepaid treatment package, the clinic may transfer the dollar amount to another treatment or product within the clinic.

Cancellation Fees

Late Cancellations: If a patient cancels an appointment within a certain period (e.g., 24 hours or 48 hours), a cancellation fee may be applied. This fee may be equivalent to a percentage of the reserved service amount or the full amount for a "no show".

Exceptions: In some cases, exceptions may be made for late cancellations due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond the patient's control.
